Styling brand ghd makes its return to TV screens tonight as part of a new campaign - eight months after its last television ad was banned by the ASA.

The 'See The Light' campaign, created by TBWA\Manchester and directed by London-based David Edwards, features four women in 'enchanting, provoking and tempting situations' who go on to discover their 'true beauty'.

The girls, each with four different looks and in four different scenarios, were styled by Carly Brook, famed for her work with Kylie Minogue and Vivienne Westwood.

Robert Harwood-Matthews, CEO of TBWA\Manchester, said: “The campaign opens a fantastic new chapter for ghd, marrying glamour and empowerment in an enticing combination.”

The work will span UK and Australian TV, international press and online and will also see ghd become the official sponsor for the second series of Lipstick Jungle, the chick-lit turned TV series.

The 60" advert will debut during the first ad break of Lipstick Jungle tonight, along with a 30" ad and four teasers during the intro and outro of the show.
