Industry work/life balance to be investigated
Working in conjunction with Manchester-based agency WRG, The Drum has launched a detailed survey into the work/life balance of those who work in the marketing services industry.
The anonymous survey, which is enclosed in this issue of The Drum, will quiz our readers on all aspects of their employment, from the hours they work to the number of units of alcohol that they drink.
In a time when employers are already looking to get the most out of their workforce, the survey will look to gauge the health of the industry – literally.
The questionnaire will also cover the amount of holiday time taken by staff at agencies as well, for example, how many business lunches they take in a week.
