Family short break organiser Centre Parcs is to redesign its website and has appointed Golley Slater’s digital team to the task.

The redesign of the site will be rolled out in stages beginning in November and will include a new look and feel while improving the site’s navigation which will be closely followed by a new online photo gallery, interactive village maps and new restaurant content which will allow visitors easy access to information on Center Parcs.

John Kinder, managing director of Golley Slater Digital, commented: “The challenge is to refresh the look and feel of the site while retaining a number of the current components and increasing the online conversion rate, revenue and on-parc spend.”

He continued: “As well as giving the Center Parcs website a fantastic new look and

feel, the new design will also incorporate best practice SEO and universal search recommendations which aim to deliver maximum visibility for Center Parcs within the major search engine results.”

Jo Button, Center Parcs eCommerce Marketing Manager, explained: "We strongly believe it will increase our online bookings and revenue as well as providing an excellent user experience”.

The online strategy has been to adopt an integrated Search marketing approach and promote the Center Parcs experience through online media and engaging email communications.
