Glasgow based e-marketing consultancy, The Zen Agency has built a web site for BBC Radio Scotland, following a competitive tender process, for its new Days Like This programme.

The first phase of the site has just been launched for the project which is being run by BBC Radio Scotland and the Scottish Book Trust.

The site aims to involve users and have them submit their stories of days they will never forget.

The website also features a story library for users to search all submitted stories by title, theme, date and author's name as well as giving tips on how to begin to write a story.

Phase two for the site will be launched shortly and will include areas for users to submit their videos and pictures to build an online multimedia gallery.

Some of the stories will be selected for the accompanying radio programme which will be broadcast on BBC Radio Scotland later in the year.

Meanwhile, The Zen Agency has also completed a Flash animated room planner for hotel Rome Cavalieri, part of the Waldorf Astoria collection.

Using this interactive tool guests can plan and personalise a special occasion or corporate event, allowing the user to select a meeting room, the theme, its usage and then build a seating plan and room layout. The floor plan is then automatically sent by email.
