Different makes head of digital appointment

Different has made two new appointments to its team, including a new head of digital, bringing its staff number up to 40.

The Newcastle agency has made Nick Salloway head of digital, joining with a wealth of experience from the public, private and charitable sector including EMI and Sony BMG having left digital agency, Enigma.

Salloway will be charged with leading the agency’s digital team, while playing an active part in commissioning, scoping and managing digital development and marketing projects for AOL, BBC, Max Hotels, One NorthEast and Caledonian University.

Former head of digital, Ian Millen has moved over to become head of design at the agency.

Different has also appointed Nick Stevens as account director, joining from FPP.

He will work on the North East England tourism accounts, for which the agency has recently concluded filming a new television campaign, and Sage.
