Nation1 has been appointed by 1745 Trading, developer of the Scottish-themed board game Scottish Quest, to develop an online promotion aimed at generating interest on the run up to Christmas to support the launch of English, Welsh and Irish Quest games.

The games will be sold throughout the UK through Borders, Tesco and other high street retailers.

The campaign will be based on a themed treasure hunt and will involve players using Wikipedia and other online media to hunt for clues about their country's heritage to win prizes.

Elsewhere, the agency has also been appointed by Icon Ibiza, whose clients include P Diddy, Naomi Campbell, Pete Tong to run a digital campaign to support its off season VIP concierge service for Ibiza.

The agency has also been re-appointed by Strathclyde University to execute a digital marketing campaign employing blogging, social networks, YouTube, PPC and display advertising. Following last year's campaign, the University has extended the reach across both the marketing and economics faculties.

Meanwhile, the agency's creative team has completed the artwork for Glasgow-based dance label Soma's 2008 Compolation CD - due out in December as well as promotional material for Soma School.
