FirstGroup launches new ‘three in one’ site created by Spider Online

FirstGroup has launched its new website, which has seen digital agency Spider Online integrate the company’s three existing sites.

Spider Online spent five months creating the new site to bring together the company’s online services which were previously held on separate websites.

Helping with the design and functionality of the site was Edinburgh-based digital research consultancy, Bunnyfoot which provided testing including online questionnaires and eye tracking research.

Spider has worked with FirstGroup, which recently became a FTSE 100 company, since its appointment two and a half years ago.

The newly integrated site also includes information for shareholders, customers and employees, while the content from all three separate sites also been brought together on the site with the rail and bus ticket buying system.
