Carlton Bingo gives Avian three-stage digital development task

Carlton Bingo has announced that it has appointed Avian to develop its digital bingo system.

The Dundee agency has created the system as part of the clients strategy to offer its customers a better service and “more entertain experience” online.

Avian will complete a three-stage programme following the initial redevelopment of the Flash-based site.

Stage one will see the agency look to enhance the site’s usability to drive ticket sales and enhance game control and also allow Carlton’s clubs to link up for a single game. Stage two will include the development and roll out of different game variants to add interest to each club’s entertainment offering, while the final stage will be to explore the brand’s online offering, allowing more control and to reduce costs.

The client and agency are also considering a marketing campaign to drive traffic to the site.
