SPT has completed a signage refurbishment through out Glasgow Subway, with the aid of Freight Design.

The project involved the replacement of all branded signage at station entrances and on concourses as well as improving visibility of ticket offices.

"The objective was to upgrade the overall look and feel of the brand throughout the subway,' said Freight Director Adrian Searle. "Some of the previous signage was tired and presentation of the SPT brand inconsistent. We've brightened up the overall appearance of the concourses and greatly increased the strength of the brand.”

Freight is currently working on a number of other signage projects for the Subway and has now been appointed to create signage for a major development at the University of Edinburgh's Easter Bush campus on the outskirts of Edinburgh.

SPT is currently reviewing its marketing through a tender process which it is thought is currently down to the final three agencies with a decision expected soon.
