WPP buys stake in Realtime Worlds

In May 2018, Mediacorp introduced a blended model of optimising video buys through its blended cost-per-viewer (CPV) model.

WPP has acquired a minority stake in a Dundee based software developer.

The investment means that WPP now joins existing investors Maverick Capital and New Enterprise Associates.

Realtime is the company behind the XBox 360 driving action game, Crackdown, which won two Bafta's in 2007 for Best Action and Adventure Game and Best Audio.

The company currently employs over 200 staff, with headquarters in Dundee while it also has offices in Seoul and Colorado.
