Mediavest wins Danish homeware retailer JYSK

Danish homeware retailer JYSK has appointed MediaVest Manchester to handle its strategic media planning and buying in the UK.

The campaign will take on a regional focus which will include a mix of media heavily focussed around the eventual store launches.

Dara Goolsby, JYSK UK sales and marketing manager, said: “There is a lot of opportunity for JYSK in the UK. We are really looking forward to securing ourselves a considerable share of the home furnishing market, presenting customers with good offers and value for money.”

JYSK’s product range includes bedroom, bathroom, living room, window and patio accessories. The firm claims to open new stores at an average of two every week.
