The Cello Group is to reorganise and rebrand its response communications division under the name of Tangible Group – creating one of the UK’s largest integrated marketing communications groups.

As well as Tangible Communications, the duo will oversee Tangible Response (previously Target Direct), Tangible Financial (previously cchm:ping) and Tangible Data (previously Talking Numbers), alongside Farm Communications, The Leith Agency, Blonde Digital, Brightsource, Magnetic, Stripe Communications, Leithal Thinking and The Practice.

Each company will retain its existing management board structure.

John Rowley, chief executive of the new group, said: “We felt that there was a real opportunity to establish a UK agency group without a pre-set agenda.”

The Cello marketing communications group employs 330 people throughout the UK and has a combined turnover of £60m.
