Rob Morrice, CEO of IAS Smarts, will now focus purely on the B2B agency, with the PR division headed by each of its four regional MDs.
IAS Smarts was founded 17 years ago by Morrice and Pete Martin, creative director at the agency. As part of the changes, Martin will lead The Gate in Scotland alongside Helen Hourston, director of creative services.
“The Gate, IAS and Smarts were all bought a couple of years ago by Media Square at the same time. Over that time, we have been the top two performing companies in Media Square. We need to move on and get better,” said Morrice.
