th_nk revamps nhs trust site

Newcastle Upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has appointed digital agency TH_NK to redevelop its website.

Newcastle-based TH_NK has taken a user-centred approach, which involved consultation with a variety of stakeholders and users.

The resulting site has been designed to be easy to navigate as well as providing information crucial to ensuring optimum treatment for all who rely upon Newcastle Hospitals.

The project is being delivered through TH_NK’s partnership with Red Dot – an enterprise Content Management System - and will give employees of the Trust access to update the site.

Martin Pettifor, business director for the Trust said: “We are really looking forward to seeing how this dynamic, new site can help us make patients and their visitors’ experience of our hospitals as smooth as possible.”
