Evans to go Kommando on screen

Mark Evans of Kommando is aiming to revolutionise urban marketing with the introduction into the UK of Kommando Screens, unique wearable screens that can entertain and inform passers-by in any public area.

The small portable display devices allow moving images to be shown, which Evans says makes it the perfect platform for targeted venue and location-specific advertising and audiovisual presentations.

The street teams also distribute promotional items and interact with the public while the screens carry the relevant messages.

The screens are to be used in the UK for the first time on 17 September at the BAFTA Theatre in Piccadilly. Kommando screens have already been used in the USA, by brands such as XBOX and Volkswagen.
