Are you an Account Coordinator who is aspiring to make a huge impact in a business that grew from 50 to 100 staff during the last two years, working at the cusp of digital innovation? You'll be taking on the responsibility of working in a brand new position for us here at Cyber-Duck, and we're super excited about it.

Your mission:

Cyber-Duck are hiring an Account Coordinator to work as part of talented growth team, winners of The Drum Award for Business Development Team of the Year in 2021.

The growth team are the heartbeat of the agency and combine their fun, hard-working, and enthusiastic nature, with a genuine passion and desire to help our clients find and achieve digital success.

You'll be supporting our client services team with onboarding, managing, and growing our accounts, so you'll need to have good communication and writing skills, with an eye for detail.

Alongside this, you'll be working with our business development team, conducting desk research that will support preparation for pitches or tender bids, and understanding our target sectors better. As such, the successful candidate will be inquisitive and analytical.

This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is looking to develop and grow in an account-based role at an agency that is delivering digital transformation for wide range of clients like Bank of England, NHS, Bosch, and Cadburys.

Your manager:

You will report into the Client Services Director

Where you’ll be based:

We are hybrid. Typically, the Growth Team meet-up weekly in our Elstree office. In addition to that, we hold regular team and company meetings at either our Elstree HQ or Holborn office, or virtually. You may also be asked to attend client facing meetings off-site, when appropriate.

 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the main day-to-day contact on current projects for the Client Services Team, providing timely responses to all enquiries
  • Participate in meetings with existing clients and internal teams
  • Partner with the Client Services Team to help organise and attend planning meetings as needed
  • Partner with the New Business Team to support tender responses and pitches as needed
  • Support the development of innovative proposals to capture both account growth and new business opportunities
  • Work with the Client Services team to manage and maintain key account plans
  • Assist with Growth Team events throughout the year
  • Additional duties as required

  • A problem solver

Desirable skills & experience:

  • Experience in an agency environment is preferable
  • Experience within the Digital Sector would be an advantage
  • Experience of working within a SME, challenger agency or start-up environment
  • Strong administrative skills
