The role of the Communications and Marketing Executive operates across the full marketing mix to promote admissions to the Senior and Junior Schools and fundraising. The postholder will also support alumni engagement, not limited to fundraising initiatives.
Reporting to the Director of Development & External Relations, the postholder will translate concepts and strategy into engaging print and digital content suitable for each intended audience and medium. In addition to working on key School publications, the postholder will lead on School and alumni social media channels and look after the day-to-day management of the School website.

A good grade in GCSE English and educated to at least A Level or equivalent (higher

Demonstrable, hands-on experience of working on advertising, print production,
branding, copywriting and digital marketing collateral
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with clear ability to adapt tone of
voice for different audiences
A good understanding of layout and design concepts and experience of managing
the design and production process
Experience of using WordPress sites
Search Engine Optimisation and content creation knowledge and experience
Experience of creating photographic and video content for use in communications
Excellent proof-reading skills
Experience of briefing and working with outside agencies
Ability to manage multiple projects and plan, organise and determine own workload
to meet tight deadlines
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
An understanding of the aims and ethos of independent education
