Were looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to help us grow our brand and deliver world-class performance and value for our clients. This highly varied role involves working closely with our Managing Director to deliver on our marketing strategy and drive sales globally. You can expect to be working on sales and marketing initiatives that are creative and innovative, bringing our marketing strategy to life and presenting your own ideas on how we achieve growth for both the brand and our clients.
Youll be self-starting, driven and diligent, commercially aware and be able to independently deliver high quality work and drive sales. You will be highly organised and efficient to ensure consistently high levels of marketing and sales activity. Youll help to fill our sales pipeline with new opportunities by effectively engaging with our target audience and utilising your skills to build strong and lasting relationships.
Youll have a background in a sales or marketing role, preferably within digital marketing, and be used to delivering high quality projects, building great relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to both raise brand awareness and win new business. Youll have an insatiable curiosity, drive and the desire to help our clients and us achieve world-class results.

In this role you will
Create and execute a sales plan that expands our client base and extends global reach
Implement and coordinate marketing initiatives for the business
Achieve growth both in existing and new target sectors
Meet and connect with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships
Track, analyse and report on key sales metrics and provide a sales pipeline and forecast
Represent the business with a comprehensive understanding of our products
Manage all aspects of the sales lifecycle from lead generation to close
Research client needs and identify how our products meet them
Achieve company objectives through effective planning, achieving sales goals, analysing data, and projecting future growth.
Continuously develop skills while using effective sales and marketing tactics to meet growth targets

The salary range for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience + £5,000 - £15,000 bonus based on reaching sales targets.
Were a small and relaxed remote team of experts and this role will be remote based, though travel to events and client meetings will be required.
