A new role for Atomic! We are looking for a B2B Researcher & Writer to join our team! This role combines conducting customer research with communicating the results in compelling messages and content.

If you have a contagious passion for information, this dual-sided role might just be for you. You will be responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative research, synthesising findings/data and presenting key conclusions. Moreover, connecting these conclusions to highly relevant and empathetic communications.

This is a key role in delivering on Atomics mission to enable clients to be completely customer/ employee-centric in their marketing activities. This position will report to our new Head of Strategy. We need someone who enjoys reading and distilling research into sharp marketing content.

What youll do:

Analyse clients' insights, data & marketing content, identifying relevant content to help build sales and marketing campaigns
Understand customers roles and behavioural motivations to simplify customer/employee insights (eg C-Suites; technology decision-makers);
Write value propositions. Write influential messages to summarise key product benefits;
Research B2B companies to understand their strategic and decision-making drivers, incorporate these findings in account-based marketing communications;
Develop simple, yet creative and impactful, storylines based on research, including customer interviews and industry trends;
Write social content and thought leadership articles for Atomic.

What skills youll bring:

Be capable of writing well crafted, succinct and accurate messages
If you have experience with B2B / technology clients or a journalism background that focused on technology it would be very beneficial
