Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week
Salary: £58,931 - £66,214 - actual per annum (depending on skills and experience) + London Allowance of £3,600 where appropriate

As the Head of Creative Services, you will lead your team to design, develop and deliver outstanding results that contribute to our corporate strategy.

You may have experience of the following: Head of Creative Services, Creative Services, Marketing Communications, Marketing & Communications Manager, Campaign Management, Creative Director, Head of Advertising, Media Sales etc.
This post is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction to our inhouse creative team. Using their expertise, this postholder will ensure the team deliver a consistent and joined up approach to all our external content. Working across the Society, the role will maximise the impact of our creative content to raise awareness, build emotional engagement and champion the needs of people affected by dementia.
As a leader you will drive forward an inclusive, collaborative, high-performance environment, making sure that our values and expected standards of behaviour are embedded across the organisation, starting with your own team. Reporting to the Associate Director of Brand & Marketing, you will be responsible for setting creative direction (film, photography, brand identity and design, copywriting) and owning brand guidelines across all channels, leading for consistent implementation across all touchpoints. You will bring proven experience of leading creative excellence and innovation in content development which leads to increased awareness, engagement, and impact.
