For our next stage of growth, we are looking for a Head of Marketing to build and execute our growth strategy.
This role will be pivotal in accelerating our growth strategy by owning and scaling multiple marketing channels. You will create and define our process for the UK market, ready to roll out to other markets in 2022.
You will report directly to our Founder and work closely across functions, particularly with the CCO and commercial team. You will be responsible for ideating, scoping, and delivering scalable measurable digital marketing campaigns to boost relevant partner acquisition.
You will lead a small Marketing team that consists of individual contributors across Brand, Content, Design, and Social Media. Youll need to be passionate about transforming the face of hospitality and be willing to roll up your sleeves as part of a small team.
You are familiar with Google Ads and social ad optimization, CRO, and associated metrics.
You have worked with Hubspot or similar tools.
You pride yourself on being a self-starter. You create opportunities that are not clearly outlined and go after them.
Youre also results-oriented and enjoy working in highly collaborative, cross-functional agile teams.
You thrive in a quick pace, startup environment and are capable of prioritizing workloads effectively and work autonomously.
You have 5+ years of experience working in B2B SaaS demand generation within a high-growth startup environment. A background in hospitality is a plus.
You can demonstrate a successful track record of planning and rolling out B2B marketing campaigns and know how to gain traction with a limited budget.
You have experience in leading a small team but are still happy to jump on the tools. Additional experience in other growth marketing areas such as affiliate marketing, website CRO, SEO, or PR is a plus.
Define and execute growth strategy across Slerps product portfolio.
Marketing mix planning and ongoing optimization.
Drive triple-figure growth at the top of the funnel with qualified (quality) leads.
Determine the best routes for paid media spend, with a relentless focus on key metrics.
Define, execute and report on all lead generation projects, paid and organic.
Maintain and evolve ROAS frameworks based on key business constraints.
Support the Sales team to qualify leads and ensure high conversion rates.
Train, mentor, and coach a small marketing team, creating a fun, fast-paced, and results-driven environment.
