Description
This is a new role within the Communications, Engagement and Involvement team at HDR UK. It is a unique opportunity for someone who is looking to use their skills and experience to create and deliver a strategy for digital marketing for a growing organisation that is at the heart of the UKs research response to COVID-19.
The successful candidate will share our values, have strong collaboration skills, be comfortable with working at pace and have a passion for professional, high quality approaches to digital marketing.

Skills Requirements
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with technical detail but also in translating technical concepts to nontechnical audiences
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to liaise and negotiate effectively and explain
concepts without technical jargon
Excellent planning, organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing
priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritise a wide range of demands and requirements, showing resilience and adaptability
Ability to develop effective working relationships
Solutions and delivery focused with an innovative approach
Excellent IT skills
Strong, relevant experience in a digital marketing role, across paid and earned channels
Strong understand and experience in website management and CMS (WordPress)
Expertise in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager gained with campaigns across paid media
A good understanding of digital content strategies across online channels
Identified, developed and executed customer insight mechanisms
Defined and launched digital propositions that have delivered clear business benefits
Exceptional skills in analysing and reporting on website and digital marketing performance
Experience of using an organisation-wide CRM, supporting CRM development for purposes of
marketing and communications and a good understanding of how CRM systems interface with other
digital systems
Experience of online community building desirable but not essential
Experience of working with data visualisation tools desirable but not essential
