Our client is a well respected integrated agency in Manchester. We're currently looking for an Account Director who has a strong background in brand led agencies and particularly with FMCG brands. As Account Director, you will take the helm managing one of the key clients of the agency and you will manage a small but ambitious team. It's essential that you are able to grow client accounts and drive growth through proactive account management and it goes without saying that the day to day delivery of campaigns will be efficient and effective under your control. The agency is predominantly a below the line specialist with a promotional and shopper bias and they are extremely good at what they do. At this agency, most individuals are creatively minded but couple this with entrepreneurial spirit and a focus on results for their clients. Culture is extremely important to them and it's an agency where people are rewarded for their hard work and they play hard too. At the AD level you will work very closely with the planning team so that client activity is strategically focused using insight and research so ideally we're looking for an Account Director who thrives in this kind of environment.
