Our client is a leading Manchester agency with a very strong track record in delivering innovative and creative marketing campaigns for clients in the sports and music sectors. We're currently searching for a Head of Social Media to join the team. To be considered for this role, we're looking for a bit of a hybrid. Someone who has a strong background in social media but who is able to drive strategy rather than just deliver campaigns. You'll be well versed in developing social strategy through research and insight and then working collaboratively with creative teams to ensure campaigns are on brand and results driven. Whilst first and foremost you'll be a social media specialist with experience across all the social platforms, you'll live and breathe digital and will be well up to speed with innovations in the digital sector and in all aspects of paid search and content marketing too. As Social Strategist, you'll be able to work with clients to ensure that their objectives are met and that campaigns are measurable and meet their targets. You will be skilled working with senior client decision makers, running workshops and growing relationships. Ideally we're looking for someone with 8-10 years in social media gained on the agency side and who is credible operating at a senior level and leading people and campaigns.
