What you’ll be doing…
As a Client Services Manager you will be sat at the heart of agency, acting as a primary point of contact for a number of clients and becoming known as the source of all information for all business needs, whilst also being responsible for the contracting of a diverse range of projects.
Working closely with the COO and CEO, you will become the lead contact between the agency and their clients and suppliers. Key responsibilities will include taking briefs and generating proposals that set out strategically focused solutions, financial management of accounts and projects, workflow management, CRM maintenance, preparing fee forecasts and budgeting as well as proactively driving the development of existing client relationships; identifying new opportunities and repeat business.
Who you'll be…
As to be expected, the agency are fast paced and highly collaborative so you'll need to be adaptable and a quick learner and eager to get your hands dirty supporting the rest of the team.
We're looking for somebody who has got 4+ years solid experience working at a design and branding agency and who is able to bring knowledge of industry trends and businesses into agency work streams. You will have a full understanding of a design/branding/packaging project life cycle from ideation through to delivery and will also be tenacious when it comes to finances, processes, negotiations and reporting. The ideal candidate will also have experience using CRM systems such as Hubspot.
