Job description:
Adludio is looking for a stellar International Senior Sales Manager to drive our new business sales activity across the major media agencies. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for prospecting, meeting with clients, managing pipelines and closing international business.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, creative individual with a self-starting mindset. You will possess the basics of digital marketing and understand how to approach clients to generate new business. You must be driven to learn and grow in the role, and will possess a desire to become more experienced generally in digital marketing. You are resourceful and responsible, with high standards of work. An excellent communicator, you are also organised, a multi-tasker, and you can get things done.

You will:

  • Identify and close client partners within defined agency patch
  • Develop strategic relationships with large agencies and advertisers
  • Drive impactful meetings that lead to campaign briefs
  • Work with internal teams to deliver best-in-market packages for clients, to ensure the highest level of customer service
  • Conduct business in a trustworthy fashion that is consistent with Adludio’s strategy and goals
  • Maintain and grow business in a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to present and effectively communicate Adludio's brand proposition to construct deals
  • Be able to work with juniors up to seniors across all departments

Must have:

  • 3 – 5 years mobile, online advertising or ad technology sales background
  • Experience of selling digital solutions to media agencies
  • An understanding of the mobile advertising market: products, competitive set, technologies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent ability to articulate value proposition to media agencies
  • Passion to sell and bring solutions to clients

Nice to have:
An understanding of ad formats, targeting options, media planning and buying, through to tracking and data analysis would be ideal
