Reporting to the Account Director, this is a key role in our account handling team. This role will require the management and delivery of multiple cross-channel projects across a group of client accounts including digital projects, advertising campaigns and brand management. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a relationship with key stakeholders on our client accounts, and ensuring the requirements, objectives and expectations of these clients are met at all times.
Responsibilities and duties
To provide management and leadership to multiple client accounts and projects.
To drive client strategy across your portfolio of accounts/projects and advise clients on how to achieve their business by utilising their various marketing channels.
Provide the client with advice on the interplay and integration between all communication channels and ensuring that advice is delivered with confidence and gravitas.
To ensure individual, business and client objectives and needs are met, to include Connect service standards and personal objectives.
To work closely with key client stakeholders to ensure projects are kept on schedule and within budget, and expectations are met.
Support maximising new opportunities; identify new business opportunities both retained and non-retained
As an experienced Account Manager, well expect that you are naturally able to handle responsibility and pressure to deliver real Marketing insight, ideas and innovation and ultimately solutions that can transform their business for the better. A good grip on, and real interest in, digital channels is a must.
Previous of working as an account manager within a marketing agency preferably with digital experience essential.
Previous experience of managing web projects preferably using Umbraco as a platform
Previous experience of managing online advertising campaigns via social, Google etc.
Excellent client facing, presentation and communication skills
Good written, verbal and numerical skills
Bright, motivated and driven, with the motivation to lead by example
Positive thinker, with a can-do, will-do attitude

A team player of the highest order who is self-starter and able to make their own decisions
Mentor and develop account executives while assisting and taking direction from account directors
To maximise revenue and account profitability
Knowledge and experience of compiling and producing reports, project plans, objectives, KPIs for your clients and senior members of staff
Able to brief in work with all specialist skill sets in an advertising agency from the developers, QA, Project Managers to the creative team.
Ability to speak with confidence on marketing strategy including a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing techniques and trans-media approach.
An ability to work in a relaxed environment where you will have a lot of autonomy but still able to follow thorough processes
A team player someone who can work with people of all characters and backgrounds and develop relationships with every member of the Connect team.
Work effectively and efficiently as a team, listening, learning and knowledge sharing
