Head of Social Media Talent Management Immediate Start
M&C Saatchi Social, Part of the M&C Saatchi Talent Group is one of the UKs leading social media Influencer talent management organisations; representing a roster of successful personalities from the worlds of online Beauty, Fashion and Lifestyle.
M&C Saatchi Social is currently seeking a candidate to fill the new role of Head of Talent within the company. Reporting into the Managing Director, the candidate will have direct responsibility for leading a team of Talent Managers, Developing the careers and ensuring first class service for the clients we represent.

Salary will be dependent upon experience. Applicant will preferably be available for immediate start, though this is negotiable for the right candidate.
Role & Responsibilities
Manage a team of Talent Managers.
Work alongside the Talent Managers to devise and deliver strategies for each of our talent.
Responsible for the development of the individuals within the team.
Build relationships with all talent to promote the role we play and ensure management meets their requirements.
Work closely with the Brand Partnerships team to create and deliver opportunities for talent, develop fees and be part responsible for hitting the teams sales target. Within this, be the link between the Brand Partnerships team and the Talent Managers.
Work alongside the Influencer marketing team to integrate M&C Saatchi Social talent into internal (group) and external campaigns.
Manage, where necessary, key talent directly.
Present our talent offering both internally and externally.
Be able to analyse data around our influencers and to package that information in a manner that aids the promotion of our talent.
Sit within the leadership team to help develop and deliver the wider business strategy.
Ability to lead and to manage others.
Able to devise, present and deliver strategic vision.
Flexible style of management and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employee.
Able to innovate and inspire with a measured and consistent approach in order to build trust
Skilled at delegation and gaining cooperation
Drive and passion for developing the team and the business.
Able to recognise areas requiring change and implement change.
Strong organisational skills that can be developed throughout the team.
Significant experience in similar roles.
Understanding of, and preferably experience in, the Social Media Influencer space.
