DotLabel is a leading regional digital and UX agency in Hampshire that works with some big name clients; including Anthony Nolan, Airbus and William Grants & Sons.  We are now seeking an experienced Digital Account Manager to join our award winning team.

This role provides autonomy and the opportunity to play an active role in managing existing client relationships as well as liaising closely with our UX, creative and technical teams.  We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has experience in delivering website design and development projects and running digital campaigns across various media. You should be able to demonstrate a passion for excellent client servicing and well-organised project management.

We design and develop exciting and innovative web experiences based on a user-centric approach, from User Experience (UX) research and design, to creative design and web development. We are committed to growing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients so you can expect to pick up existing projects alongside the new ones.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience as a Digital Account Manager 
Experience in all things digital 
Ability to lead, plan and manage change 
Process driven, with a high attention to detail 
Exceptional organisational and time management skills 
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills 
Ability to think independently and work autonomously 
Passion and enthusiasm

Driving revenue from existing accounts 

Ensuring that all clients receive a superior level of customer service from the agency
