New Business Manager - Brand Experience Agency - Reading (25 mins from London) - 40-45K plus excellent bonus.

My client is small but fiercely driven brand experience agency who are dedicated to developing the business through client retention, new business and their creative approach to exciting briefs. They are a small but perfectly formed agency with a solid network of talented freelance and contracted suppliers. Their expertise spans events, brand engagement / consumer activation, creative design, build and logistics and they can offer solutions for clients with budgets of 3000 to 1 million +. They are a young vibrant company, which is rapidly growing and is now looking to move to the next level by gaining more clients and continue producing exceptional work. They are looking for an exceptional New Business Manager to help achieve this.

The New Business Manager will be someone with enthusiasm, drive, energy, an entrepreneurial flare, and the ambition to succeed and progress within the company. The New Business Manager will be responsible for creating strategic new business planning, targeting new business leads, identifying networking opportunities, helping produce entries for awards and feeding into new business pitches. My client has ambitious growth plans and therefore this will not stop the new business manager to grow a team that they will manage.

If you are a junior to mid level BDM looking for your next step up and possess the entrepreneurial flair my client is looking then this could be perfect role for you. You will have a clear and demonstrable track record of winning new business and the ability to create sales pipelines and new business meetings / opportunities.

It goes without saying that you will have the ability to create rapport and engage with decision makers and be a stellar presenter.
