An award winning agency based in a beautiful setting in Warwickshire, is searching for talented, passionate and driven creatives to join their team.

The Owners work hard to make sure everyone is happy to come to work each morning and where there is little hierarchy, so no matter what your level, your voice is heard.

Due to numerous account wins, they are now looking for either a junior creative team or individual conceptual designer and copywriter that can pair up. You’ll work under two inspiring and motivational Creative Directors, who will mentor you along the way. However, the onus will be very much on you being able to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in. Hence the need for at least some commercial experience working within an agency environment already.

1 If you’re a junior team, you’ll work on and creatively manage, on a day-to-day basis, work for clients in the FMCG, retail, leisure, automotive and travel sectors.

You will be responsible for:

* Creative work across all forms of media, from initial concept to finished work, under the management of the creative services team and the creative heads
* Strong strategic and creative insight is required to effectively sell in creative work
* Software knowledge to include Microsoft Office (copywriter) and Adobe Creative Cloud (art director), in particular: InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
* Clear creative vision and ability to communicate this with others while remaining open to feedback
* Be enthusiastic and eager to learn

1 Perhaps you’re a conceptual designer but looking to now work more closely with a Writer, getting involved at the initial ideation stage.

You need to be able to think conceptually, but more often than not, the Creative Directors would be able to start the ideas and hand over scamps that you then Mac up.

You should be adaptable and able to work across different clients easily. You will also be overseeing external suppliers as required (photographers, illustrators, designers, directors, etc).

1 If you’re a Copywriter, you should be able to think strategically and demonstrate insight in terms of your writing skills. You would be expected to be able to craft a decent headline and write accompanying body copy in line with the overarching concept. Whilst also writing long-form copy for brochures and websites, etc.
