The name of the game is growth. Growth is key for any business attempting to succeed in today’s world. However, finding new ways to grow is the tricky part. With the competition strong and the knowledge more robust than ever, everyone is looking for the special sauce that helps their business grow.

As discovered in a recent CXA Impact Report, customer experience automation (CXA) is that special sauce that every business needs. Here we will walk you through the numbers behind CXA, how it helps businesses, and how you can scale utilizing automations.

What is CXA and why is it important?

CXA accelerates business growth with automated one-to-one communications that connect across all channels and through the entire customer lifecycle. In other words, CXA helps guide you through your customer journey in a way that simplifies the process for both you and your customers.

How CXA impacts their business growth and provides amazing customer experiences at scale.

How automation is the key to scalable growth

Simply put, CXA helps you grow your business. We’ll get into the stats in a moment, but the amount of time saved by using CXA allows you to focus your energy and efforts on other pressing matters.

The numbers behind the automations

In the first ever CXA Impact Survey, ActiveCampaign reached out to top-performing customers all over the world to understand the real dollars earned and measurable ROI for the business through use of CXA. The discovery was that businesses who leverage CXA see incredible results compared to industry averages.

In the survey conducted between 44% business-to-consumer (B2C) businesses, 39% business-to-business (B2B) businesses, and 16% e-commerce businesses, the main objective was to see if businesses would grow once they started using CXA. The numbers were staggering.

One of the top learnings from the survey was that companies of all sizes and across multiple industries that use CXA to engage with customers predict 100% revenue growth in 2022, compared to the average 3.5% other businesses see. This statistic pairs with the finding that 44% of users report that they now spend more time actually talking with customers because of time saved using automations.

The simple truth is that when you have more time to talk to your customers, you’re able to connect better with those customers. The more personal connections lead to more business, which in turn helps grow the business.

How to use automations to scale your business

The numbers don’t lie, automations help you scale your business. Now that we’ve established that, it’s time to understand how to best utilize CXA to scale your own business.

95% of growing businesses reported that automations helped them achieve what they couldn’t on their own. So if you join in on that 95%, CXA can help lift the heavy work while you spend more time working on your business and especially working one-to-one with your customers.

This process allows you to work on growing your business in a way that works best for you. The entire process is customizable, and you have the ability to maneuver the automations to work best for you and your business.

Pick the automations that work best for you, focus on engaging more with your customers, and watch as your business truly takes off.

Overall, automations are essential to use to help your businesses grow. The statistics show it, the amount of time you can save shows it, and who doesn’t want a helping hand in accomplishing their business’s goals?
