Project Clients: Sixt rent a car

International rent a car company Sixt wanted to raise awareness of how convenient it is for customers to pick up and drop off their hire vehicles at Terminal 5, so every1 created a leaflet, point of sale display and adverts for a campaign.

Meeting the brief:

Airports are hectic at the best of times, and Terminal 5 at Heathrow has to be the most challenging: everyone is trying to get somewhere with the least amount of time and fuss. Sixt, which has a car rental office at Terminal 5, needed to communicate to busy customers how time-efficient and hassle-free it is to use their service in a multi-channel marketing campaign. Our team created a range of concepts with a simple and recognisable look and concise content, and turned the winner into a range of targeted deliverables.

Deliverables:

Our bespoke digital illustrations and captions lead Sixt customers through the processes of picking up a Sixt rental car, or dropping it off before their flight. Key messaging included the short time it takes to do this, the efficiency of the service and Sixt's location within the Terminal 5 complex. The campaign was delivered by email to existing customers and via a leaflet placed at strategic locations within Heathrow within a point-of-sale display, which we also designed.
