The Drum’s brand’s editor Jen Faull talks to Lubomira Rochet on how she has managed the digital transformation of the cosmetics giant. Rochet, an economist by trade, cut her teeth working for the likes of Microsoft and Valtech. Under her watch, the beauty giant has embraced the digital opportunity, acquiring AR start-up Modiface; expanding its relationship beyond e-commerce with third-party sellers like Amazon; and getting in early with influencers.
