Zeina Nassar has been on a journey to empower girls to do sport, whenever, wherever and however they like. Zeina is an athlete, a fighter, inside and outside the ring. Getting knocked down only lets her fight harder the next round. When she fights, she is not doing it just for herself, but for a whole generation of girls who dare to pursue their dreams. And while many people see a boxer, fighting and competing, Nike sees a hero, helping to advance, enrich and inspire society through sports.

Uniting with athletes like Giulia Gwinn, Gesa Krause, Mobina & Melika Nazari, Alex Hipwell, the Tara sisters or the players from Türkiyemspor Berlin, Zeina is leveraging sport to create space for all athletes*.

Nike’s aim is to make sport a daily habit for everyone, and to get kids active – especially when it comes to girls, recognizing the specific challenges and barriers that still exist for female athletes*.

Nike is committed to giving women and girls an opportunity to realize their potential, through sports. With 52 'Made to play' programs worldwide, serving 150.000 girls across 10 countries and over 10.000 partners, schools & clubs.
