We Are Social France’s new ‘Greetings from England’ campaign for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. The next installment in Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed franchise launches on 17November and features a journey of discovery through ninth-century England.

Created and shot in the style of a traditional tour operator’s travel campaign, the first in a series of ads is a film which opens with the tease: ‘Want to discover new horizons? Visit England!’ A sequence of tempting images then follows – from an ancient stone circle to rustic villages, beautiful fortresses and the English countryside in all its glory – along with the promise of rich culture to discover and a warm welcome.

The film ends with the strapline: ‘Discover England! The dream destination for an invasion …’ The true intention of the launch film will be unveiled in subsequent ads in the campaign, running across 14 countries, as a sequence of related content rolls out across Assassin’s Creed social networks in the coming weeks.
