ITV has teamed up with creative agency Uncommon to shine a spotlight on the impact of loneliness as part of Mental Health Awareness Week.

The project, ‘Britain Get Talking,’ aims to tackle the subject with a series of activations featuring voice notes from the likes of Phillip Schofield and Laura Whitmore encouraging us all to take the time to reach out to friends and family members who might be struggling.
