British Heart Foundation: Heart for a heart by The Full Service

To commemorate World Heart Day (29 September), British photographer Rankin urged everyone including some prominent artists and photographers to creatively create a heart to raise awareness about heart disease in the British Heart Foundation's latest campaign.
They are then required to post it across social media with hashtag #heartforaheart to stimulate conversations about heart disease.
