Branding agency Tangent has launched the campaign for this year’s Edinburgh International Book Festival, taking place this August. The work explores the concept of ‘freedom’, examining the way it is approached and understood from multiple different perspectives.

Nick Barley, director of Edinburgh International Book Festival, said: “In the 2018 Programme, the festival calls upon its authors, participants and audiences to consider the importance of freedom in a world where democracy and capitalism, long the staples of western society, are being brought into question.”
