SomeOne has launched the new Cityzens loyalty programme for Manchester City. Cityzens is the global family of City fans, and covers all the rewards and loyalty benefits for all who join and support Manchester City. Working with advertising agency VCCP, SomeOne created the overarching strategy as well as brand and communications collateral for all of the Cityzens programme – from digital, through social, print and environment branding as well as tone of voice and messaging. The work also encompassed player, fan and kit photography, brand extension assets and communications narrative.
The creative work for Cityzens saw the core logo and assets move closer to the main Manchester City badge and identity, with extended brand offerings including Matchday and Junior offerings.
