To illustrate ING Direct's policy of investing in its clients, Rosapark organized an operation wherein, for one day, customers calling in to the customer service department would be reimbursed for the time they spent on hold.

In France, many numbers aren't toll-free so, not only do you have to pay to speak with customer service, you have to pay for time spent waiting for customer service.

To promote the operation, Rosapark filmed a hidden camera stunt at a gas station where customers were asked to pay a wait tax. The operation also extended to Twitter where users expressing frustration about wait times (whatever the case), had the opportunity of getting reimbursed by ING Direct if they used the hashtag #PayeTonAttente.
