L'Oreal has created a short fim in partnership with digital agency Rain that shows how its scientists are working towards designing make-up for all skin tones. Called "The Spectrum," the short documentary features L’Oréal USA chemist Balanda Atis as she tells her story of how she is working towards creating make-up for all skin tones. The documentary is part of a larger initiative that aims to demonstrate L'Oreal USA's focus on the “beautiful pursuit," or "the celebration of the strides toward improvement rather than only the end goal."
