As the largest operator of travel centers in North America, Pilot Flying J knows firsthand how impactful the more than 3.5 million American professional drivers are on our economy. That’s why, in honor of National Truck Driver Appreciation Week (Sept. 8-14), Pilot Flying J is launching its new ‘Thank a Driver’ ad campaign to recognize the hardworking drivers on the road and encourage others as well to join in on thanking these drivers for their efforts.

Rooted in data from American Trucking Association (ATA), the campaign illustrates what life would be like without pro drivers, including no deliveries, no food available and no goods for retailers. The campaign includes a series of out-of-home ads and a digital video, and will extend throughout the month of September. There will be 25 billboards across 10 states included in this campaign.

In tandem, Pilot Flying J encourages the public to show their appreciation and thank the driver community for all they do by using #thankyoudrivers on social media.
