Royal Albert: advert-body-1 by The One Off

The idea was to celebrate Royal Albert's heritage by linking a pattern to each decade, illustrating the relevance of cultural trends that influenced their work. Using Royal Albert's selected patterns as inspiration, we crafted the copy to form a link to each relevant decade, and created hand rendered illustrations to tell a visual story of each era.

We visualised the story of 100 years as an animated pop up story book, turning each page into a decade with a pattern and a story of its own. The patterns make up key elements of the illustrations to help tell the story through cultural references.
