FilmSuez: 'It's Tuna' and 'Slumber' by La Comunidad
- Location:
La Comunidad has created two humorous videos for FilmSuez, a South American organization that is dedicated to the commercialization of various cultural sectors, including movie theaters. In each short film, ridiculous scenarios play out that are meant to show just how self-obsessed our culture has become; for example, in one, two men stranded on a boat refuse to eat a can of tuna they found in the ocean because its nutritional benefits aren't up to bar. In another, a group of paramedics take selfies with a man who is hurt instead of helping him. Both ads end with the message: "Wherever the world is heading, don't go there. At least for two hours. Come watch independent films." The ads are running in cinemas across Argentina.
