Fireproof Newspaper by HOY

To educate the population in areas where forest fires are generated daily, Hoy Buenos Aires created a fireproof newspaper that also aimed to raise money for the Firefighters Association for Argentina.

95% of forest fires are intentionally produced by men and most of them are initiated with newspapers. In order to generate awareness of this problem and to raise funds and promote donations for the Firefighters Foundation of Argentina, Havas creative shop Hoy developed the first fireproof newspaper.

It was one last print edition of the local digital outlet in Patagonia, Noticias de la Comarca.
