Volvo: The Birdman by Grey London

As part of its Defiant Pioneer's series on Sky Atlantic, Volvo has unveiled a short film that celebrates the work of Professor Carl Jones MBE - a leading conservation biologist.

Created by Grey London, 'The Birdman' film confronts the harm humans have inflicted on the planet. Renowned for saving five bird species, three reptiles, a fruit bat and several plants from extinction, Jones is the perfect protagonist to show that just one individual can make a profound difference.

The short film follows his life from Wales to Mauritius, detailing how he came to do the job he does.

The campaign is part of a wider campaign, done in partnership with Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust. It will run across TV, video-on-demand and social in the UK.
