Sonic has partnered with Goodby Silverstein & Partners to create square milkshakes specifically designed for Instagram. The fast-food chain has partnered with chef Christine Flynn, @ChefJacquesLaMerde, to create the shakes. Using Instagram's 'Shop Now' geo-targeted sponsored ads, festival-goers at Coachella will have the chance to order the shakes and sample them on the spot. Sonic is encouraging samplers to share their 'Square Shakes' on Instagram. The Instagram campaign will take place at Coachella on April 16, where attendees can try the brand's new 'Creamery' flavors including Vanilla Bean, Buttered Toffee, Dark Chocolate, and Bourbon Brown Sugar.
