The heartwarming spot by Dignity Health, titled 'Best Friends' features a woman travelling on a path in a wheelchair with what looks like a dog following her. As the story evolves, it’s revealed that the dog is actually helping to propel her to her destination. The spot’s tagline includes ‘We’re in this for each other’ as we hear the inspirational lyrics:

I don’t really know where I’ll be going

But I know the best parts haven’t happened yet

So I will be looking forward instead of looking back

I wanna live a life like that

Created by Eleven with Horizon Media handling media, the English and Spanish campaign includes TV (NBC, CBC, ABC, Fox, Telemundo, Univision), print, social, OOH, social, cinema and premium direct video.

Dignity Health’s Hello humankindness brand campaign is grounded in the belief that we all hold the power to heal through kindness, connection, and companionship. The non-profit hospital network shows these moments of healing in commercials featuring real instances of human connection that serve to uplift and inspire us. The new ad 'Best Friends' shows that connection, companionship and kindness can come in surprising forms and that the healing power of humanity actually extends beyond humans.
