Kiwi breast cancer survivors are being immortalised by Breast Cancer Foundation NZ as classy renaissance-style photographs, marking breast cancer awareness month.

Colenso BBDO worked up resplendent The Survivor's Collection to champion three survivors, Shona, Kelly and Annette in addition to the cutting-edge medicine that sent the illness packing.

LLB Online reports that the models were snapped by photographer Steven Boniface and the work is to be displayed in the Auckland Art Gallery.

What both parties hope come from the activity is an increased self-checking practice from woman, all in the hope any aberrations are caught early.
